Rail Professionals - Project Engineers & Project Managers

Full Time  •  Melbourne, Victoria

About the Role

  • We need Project Engineers, Project Manager(s), Rail Advisory, Rail Project Development Managers, Signalling Project Engineers, Systems Assurance/Engineering
  • Working client side, you will develop and deliver a broad range of projects through definition, feasibility, planning, design development and delivery phases to completion and handover
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ability to negotiate best for project outcomes
  • Manage project scope, program, budgets and requirements to ensure project benefits are realised
  • Focused on providing the best outcomes for the client and our business

About You

  • Experienced in client side/facing roles and a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the Victorian Rail network
  • A relevant Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction
  • You are driven and proven Rail Professional in the local Victorian Market
  • Managed the development or delivery of projects in complex/live operational environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve best for project outcomes
  • Build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Have a natural curiosity and willingness to learn and solve interesting and bespoke problems
  • A strong focus on safety and wellbeing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and able to learn new IT/Client systems and processes quickly
